What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and all payments are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI-compliant and globally trusted payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
What currencies do you accept?
You can browse our store and see prices in your local currency for your convenience. However, please note that all final transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars) at the checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@baldenn.com within 4 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner.
Where do you ship to?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- United States: 7–21 business days
- International (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, NZ): 9–21 business days
Please note: The timeframe shown at checkout ("9-21 business days") represents the standard delivery window for our global insured shipping service. Most orders arrive sooner, but we state the maximum range to ensure transparency.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey on our "Track Your Order" page.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
For orders shipped outside of the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on potential charges.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused, and un-installed condition, returned in its original packaging. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We stand by the quality of our products. All lighting fixtures come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Policy page for details.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@baldenn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We package our lighting fixtures with extreme care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging, and contact us at info@baldenn.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the funds to your account.
Do your lighting fixtures come with bulbs?
Bulbs are generally not included unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the bulb type (e.g., LED, warm vs. cool light) that best suits your needs and local electrical standards.
Are your products certified for use in my country (e.g., UL, CE)?
Our products are sourced from various global partners to meet high-quality standards. While many fixtures are compatible with international standards, we recommend consulting with a licensed electrician to ensure compliance with your local building codes and regulations before installation.
Do you have a physical store?
Baldenn is an online-only retailer. This allows us to offer a broader, curated collection of unique lighting fixtures directly to you without the overhead of a physical showroom.
