30-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Baldenn, your satisfaction is our priority. If your new lighting fixture isn't a perfect fit for your space, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
1. Return Process (Authorization Required)
To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us before sending any items back. We have specific return instructions and warehouse addresses depending on the product type.
Please do not return items without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:
- It must be in its original, unused, and un-installed condition.
- It must be returned in the original, protective packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
- The return must be initiated within the 30-day window.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Installed Items: Any lighting fixture that has been installed, wired, or modified cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or specially configured products are non-returnable unless defective.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
4. How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team at info@baldenn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with an RMA number and the correct return shipping address.
Step 2: Ship Your Item
Once approved, securely package the item in the original box and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective/Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label or replacement.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
