1-Year Limited Warranty
At Baldenn, we are committed to the quality and durability of our lighting fixtures. We stand behind our products with a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, Baldenn will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Coverage includes:
- Electrical components (sockets, wires, internal drivers).
- Structural integrity of the fixture (metal welds, joints).
- Significant defects in materials (glass, stone, metal finish) present upon arrival.
What is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from improper installation (we strongly recommend professional installation).
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or alteration of the product.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., slight finish patina over time).
- Light bulbs (unless integrated LED modules).
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for lighting fixtures purchased from Baldenn is 365 days (1 year) from the date of delivery.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
- Email us at info@baldenn.com with your Order Number.
- Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos showing the defect.
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will either send replacement parts or replace the entire fixture free of charge.
